- Beluga lentils, grilled calamari & bottarga: the depth of black lentils, the finesse of perfectly grilled calamari, enhanced with a briny touch of bottarga.
- Stuffed cabbage with lemon emulsion: a Greek classic, reimagined with a light lemony twist that melts in your mouth.
